toddler toys (Glen Burnie)

I was hoping that somebody has a collection of toys they’re not using anymore for my almost 3 year-old grandson. I’d like to make a collection of toys to have at my house when he comes to visit, which is about once a month, but things have changed and I’ve been babysitting more often now. ( they live an hour and a half away on the eastern shore.)
He loves baby dolls, especially the ones with a soft body, trucks, dinosaurs, magnets, coordination, type toys. He’s not up to par with his language yet he is in a speech therapy so any kind of books that have touch and feel would be good. I would love to find some Lincoln logs.. maybe some really large Legos. Please contact me if you have anything that you think you could spare that I could use to build his grandma‘s house toy box thank you in advance.
