Gift:
Two premade meals of Chicken Tingo and Rice by Harbor House. Frozen ASAP in May. These are safe frozen for 6 months according to a chart from Nebraska U, that I have relied on for many years. These are a little spicey.
A few red cherry tomatoes, yellow & red peppers from a vegitable tray.
Possibly canned soups after I check their dates.
