Cordless chain saw (Felpham , Bognor Regis)

It works but I just cannot get on with it as it keeps stopping despite the batteries both being well charged . I have been told it is the way I use it , who knows!
Either way if someone can make use of it even if for the batteries I would be pleased as seems a waste sitting in my shed .
