Tilapia. Seriously (10 Mile and Middlebelt)

Hello y'alls:

I recently bought some IQF tilapia from Kroger, in a hurry, didn't much look at the package. Threw it in the freezer. Went to cook up a couple of filets later, opened the package, and it looked back up at me.
Oh.
These are whole fish, 3, individually packaged. I'm just not that adventurous as a cook, so they're still in the freezer. They can be in your freezer, if you want.
Because these are frozen foodstuffs, I'd like to be careful about the hand- over.
I'm near Orchard Lake and 11 Mile.
