Oak table and 6 chairs (Eastbourne BN21)

Substantial light oak table 5’ x 3’. Will extend to 6’4” and 7’8”. 2 inserts can be hidden.
It is quite heavy as are the chairs.
It has 4 legs but 2 legs can not be removed easily.
I live on the 5th floor. If you can remove the legs it will easily fit in the lift.
