Epazote leaves for mexican recipes (Ch3)

My epazote plant has gone crazy in the hot summer. If you like to cook mexican food from scratch come and harvest a small handful of fresh leaves. Supposedly it helps to make bean dishes less gassy, but you'll have to test that for yourself.
