Crib only, no mattress! A few scratches but nothing too bad. Looks almost new even after 3 kids used it. This crib can convert into a toddler bed and also a full size bed but you'd need to purchase the rails or DIY it. Comes with the drawer on the bottom but it's missing the slides so we never used it.

Great quality crib. All wood construction so this thing is solid! Green guard certified. Purchased new around 2017. Please note, even disassembled, this thing is really big and did not fit in my mom's ford escape. It did however fit in my subaru outback with all the seats down. If you're interested in picking it up, please keep in mind that you'll need a car or truck that can fit this.
