Garden narrow weeding tool (Old Radnor LD8)

Does anyone have a tool like the one in the picture that you no longer need? Or something similar for weeding? My garden is mature, there used to be a gardener but no longer, and I'm stepping up to maintain the garden. I'm fairly new to gardening, and the weeding looks somewhat daunting. Someone told me a tool like this will help a lot. Thank you in advance! :-)
