Petrol strimmer (WR2 St Johns, Worcester)

Kawasaki KBL26A. Got it off here a couple of years ago and has never worked. Needs someone who understands these things who will be able to get it started. That's not me. I think it is probably carburettor, but don't k ow for certain.
