Both are broken and need some fixing, possibly new parts.
I'm happy to provide info to identify which parts to order and advice on fixing. (Probably a seal or gasket somewhere for one - working but has a leak - and possibly a deep clean or new generator for the other, which switches on but water won't come through.)
I estimate all parts needed can be bought for about £40. Both machines could be sold for £100 if fixed.
