Workstation for Mechanical Engineering Student (Millwall E14)

Hi! I'm a first-year Mechanical Engineering student looking for an old desktop PC/workstation for university.
I need it for CAD and engineering software such as SolidWorks, MATLAB and eventually ANSYS. I'm not looking for anything fancy - an older Dell Precision, HP Z-series, Lenovo ThinkStation or similar with a dedicated GPU would be great.
I'm currently unable to afford a suitable PC myself, so if anyone has one gathering dust that they're willing to pass on, I'd be really grateful.
