Planter/privacy screen (Aspley NG8)

150 cm high, 32 cm deep, 50 cm wide. Not used, only just assembled but parts have been left outside for several months to weather (rusty look steel). However, I have not assembled it very well, there are two small metal parts left over and I have no idea where or how to fit them. See second photo. Screws it came with are tiny with no nuts and it would benefit from nuts and longer bolts in my opinion. I can't be bothered trying to do it, hence gifting. I think it is usable in its present state. Assembly manual included, for what it's worth. Collect from near Beechdale Lidl.
