Armchair for reupholstering? (Archway N19)

Conran armchair 93 cm wide 78 cm tall about 90 cm deep. As can be seen the upholstery is torn and stained and generally very worn. But it’s very comfortable we’ve been using it with a throw / blanket over for far too long!! time to pass it on.
