Well used, but it stopped being used much after a pod split and coated the machine in coffee grounds and then ran out of pods, it's been given several cleans but you can probably still find grounds in some of the crevices, it will also need a new water filter, it uses the Brita maxtra filters, it has a cleaning disk, but if you want to clean it properly you really need to take the nozzle apart and scrub it
