DO NOT STAKE this plant. Put it in a slightly sheltered area but let the wind strengthen the stalk . Ours is thicker than my leg! Pop the seed straight in the ground and put egg shells around the base to keep the slugs off .. top up your eggs shells every now and again and watch this monster grow!! Great fun for the kids.
Each pack im making up has 10-20 seeds in it fully dried and will be ready to pop in next spring.
Not suitable for POTS, it will be spindley and sad.
