Working, though the strap thing that tightens to increase resistance is frayed. They sell for about £16 on Amazon, probably ly cheaper on Ali Express, Shein or Temu etc.
This is heavy and will probably need a van to transport. The handles and seat can be removed for transport.
Seat is adjustable in height, handlebars have two locations to lock into and can be positioned in various ways.
Ithas wheels at the front for easy moving around.
