They're used but we have so many that they didn't get destroyed from overuse.

There's a mix of sweatpants, athletic pants, athletic fleece lined, and jersey pants with open legs (not jogger style).

Most are from The Children's Place if you want to look at size specs on their site. The jersey pants are from Walmart's athletic wear line (and are the husky ones, if I recall correctly). So these are designed for bigger 12 year olds up to skinny 18 year olds, in theory. But my kid is either having various issues with how these fit this year, so your mileage may vary.
