It's in very good condition. There's nothing wrong with it.
The chairs two arm cushions would zip on to the arms though they are not zipped in there picture. The seat will be significantly wider when they are.

Dimensions approximately 101w, 91d, 81h at the highest/deepest/widest point.
The building has a lift and I live right next to it so it'll be easy to take out.
