Desk chair (Norbury SW16 5)

1st one - Still ok to sit on and move around on. Not sure if genuine leather which is not in very good condition. Could be recovered?
2nd one - Still ok to sit on. Turns round but not so easy to move. Leather (?) Badly scratched on top as cat used it as a scratching post! Could be recovered.
