Early pogo stick thingy (Farnborough Park GU14)

This toy would suit a young child who loves to bounce and jump, holding the red handles at the top and jumping on the blue foam base. I guess it's a toddler's pogo stick. It's been well used but there are plenty of jumps left in it.
