non working ebikes (capitol hill)

2 a2b metro ebikes

Non working, but I believe there are enough parts to get 1 working bike, 1 battery each but they are 15 years old, so might need replacement.

Neither is currently ridable, one due to broken chain, and flat torn tire, one ebikes bit does not work.
