Unopened but Old Coconut Flour (Winchester)
I have an unopened bag of Trader Joe's organic coconut flour from 2018 that I never got a chance to use. It looks okay upon visual inspection, but I have no idea if it's still good. Anyone want to give it try or use it for anything else?
