Late-1800s reed organ, built by John W. Reed of Hanover Street, Islington, London. Unlike other mass-produced reed organs, it appears that John Reed made only a few organs a year, working alongside his son.
The organ is in poor-but-restorable condition. One of the straps on the right hand pedal has broken, however the bellows do fill using the left pedal and sounds come out. I hope someone might take it and restore it.

Height - 130cm, Depth - 65cm, Width - 130cm.
The organ is currently located in a rural property around 35 miles from Edinburgh. However I have a car and trailer and would be willing to assist with delivering in a reasonable distance for anyone seriously interested in the organ. Note that it is large and heavy!
