Old Hickory Wooden shaft Golf Club (LU2 Round Green)

Hi,I’m an avid golfer and been looking at the history of golf. I’ve my own modern clubs but I’m looking to play with old wooden shafts to see how challenging they are. I know there are society’s in Bedfordshire who play comps…I’m really interested in playing “old” golf! They need to be playable with good grips. It’s a big ask as I’m sure there are none around now.
