Mattress toppers or matresses (Brandwood End B30)

I am in desperate need for a matress topper or even a matress I have spent thousands and I am in chronic pain on multiple sedatives and nothing. Is working I cannot sleep more than 2 hours with the bed I have I have tried numerous toppers and they are either too firm or dip in the middle I am light weight very tall female sleep on middle of king size bed no sleep is now making me unable to function I am so sick can barely walk I need to get sleep anyone who can help. I need help to get comfort as no sleep is makin me so much sicker also need help with a stable pillow thats not too high or hard. I really need help with this buying online hasn’t worked for me I need something ultra soft for shoulders and legs without hip dipping if anymore had anything I can try as I am tryin to it’s to stay out of the hospital each time I go I seem to get worse saying it’s complex neurological problem but getting no help in desperate need for help last matress cost me 1600 supposed to be soft but only dips and becoase I sleep in the middle this ain’t helping needs something stable but ultra soft
