It is a Probike Tornado. 21 gears.
Got it when I was a teenager. Has served me well, though it spent most of its life in various garages as I have only used it occasionally.
Added on some mudguards at some point.
Tyres are old and worn but that is fine for on-road usage. You'd want to put on new tyres if using it off-road.
A bit TLC wouldn't hurt, but should be fine as a little runabout.
