small fan heater - PROJECT - needs reassembly (West Marina TN38)

The photo is of one that I didn't take apart... About 9" high. It's quite recent, basic, particularly useful, I found, as a personal fan, but also works as a heater. The one you'd get is in bits but it's all there. Unfortunately I decided to take out the screws holding the blades to the back, and I know I'll never get round to reassembling from scratch.
