Motorcycle/ moped help fixing (Swaffham PE32)

Hi there

My son has a moped 125cc he needs a new bolt threaded on his exhaust and he needs some help sorting it out can offer about 20.00 if someone can help ideally someone who knows about bikes

He’s trying to get it all sorted out but unfortunately without the right tools / know how he’s struggling
