Two wall or ceiling lights, wired, each with three frosted glass shades on struts of 3 different lengths.
The longest is 17cm and each shade about 13cm long.
See photo for wiring details; this specifies 40W SES R5 reflector bulbs, and a quick online search showed various reasonably priced low energy alternatives (though I've not tested with anything).
