Pressure treated wooden Skinner's garden shed 8ft x 8ft (2.4 x 2.4 metres), with integral floor, about 10 years old. In good condition and well maintained with no leaks and a good quality shingle tiled roof added about 3 years ago. Single door on RHS with clasp, and two 3mm tempered glass windows in the front, both undamaged. Oil stain on floor but has not affected the strength or integrity of the floor. Successful applicant to dismantle and remove from the back garden. Access reasonably easy from front drive via path alongside garage and paved path to shed location.

Offer excludes guttering, downpipe and water butt which will be removed. Also external folding table attached to front is not part of the deal, but the internal shelf under the window is included.
