HP All in One Smart Tank 7602 (Tenafly, NJ)

HP printer only 1 1/2 years old but suddenly getting error message that there is a printer head failure. It will have to be dealt with before printer can be used. Otherwise, in perfect condition. Printer has refillable ink tanks that still have a lot if ink in them.
