For the houseplant-ambitious: consider adopting this baby jackfruit seedling from a red Asian variety (seed originally from Trade Winds Fruit). It is now too big for my space and I need to make room for other houseplants. Jackfruit is a huge overstory tree in its native habitat, and this one has reached a height of about 14 feet in 6 years from seed.
I will only give it away bare root as it's damn near immovable in its current pot. You will need at least a ten gallon container to pot it up. Just to be clear, it is not cold hardy and must be kept indoors anytime temps are below 40° or so.
Fair Chance Policy: I’ll wait before choosing a recipient to give more people a chance to reply.
