Considering age, still ticks!
No traction, when trying to sell, so here it is.
After a bit of research, what i found was;
This is a vintage 1970s Smiths Timecal travel alarm clock, produced in West Germany. It features two jewels in its mechanical movement.
It is housed in a square, gold-colored metal frame with a faux brown leather case that snaps shut for travel and which is lined with a firm cotton/linen. This outer case has been designed with curved corners/edges; the matt gold coloured face has corner and central decoration.
The dial is gold-toned with Roman numeral markings and includes luminous hands and indicators.
It is a mechanical wind-up clock with manual winder and alarm adjusters located on the rear.
Everything works as it should and it is in excellent condition.
Approximate measurements:
When in use: Height 8cm, Width 7.25cm and Depth : 7.25cm.
When closed: Height 3cm, Width 7.25cm
