Old bike project (Portslade by Sea BN41)

looking for a old steel framed bike and i dont really mind if it has rust and 3 gears or 12 gears, i want to give it a new life and pannier rack would be amazing, i plan to ride this bike once fixed around the whole of the uk.... my first long ride will be to woking as a pilgrimage.
