Whisk (not working) (Crookes S10)

I seem to remember that there is someone on this site who likes taking things apart and tinkering with electricals. I can't remember their name. I have here a whisk which has an issue with one of its wires, which keeps causing it to fuse. Other than that it works! LOL. Welcome to anyone who likes to tinker.
