Rise and Clamp. Acts as a wheel clamp and leveller. Requires 5/8 socket and ratchet handle (not supplied). A large Allen key is supplied for securing the arms behind the tyre.
To use, insert the riser stand into the unit and place the device in front of the wheel (if on a side slope, this must be the lower side). Adjust the arms to accommodate the width of the tyre. Ease the arms either side of the tyre and allow them to drop on the rear side. Using the Allen key in each arm, tighten the clamp to secure.
Then, wind the bolt on the top side of the unit to raise the level of the wheel to ensure the caravan is level side to side.
Then you can adjust the corner steadies to take the weight of the caravan. Ease off the clamp unit slightly.
Removal is the reverse procedure.
It is recommended to use this unit with either a hitch lock, or standard clamp on the opposite wheel for added security.
