After years of use, parts started to break so it has been taped securely and is fine to use. The problem is it can no longer be folded flat. I have finally bought a replacement and was about to throw this away when I thought someone might be delighted to have it if folding flat doesn’t matter.
I’m not sure if the tape will have to be cut to get it downstairs or into a car.
