Plug in Ethernet home network extenders (Surrenden BN1)

Mk1 & mk2 versions. Found during clearout. Both power on but haven't tested beyond that. As I remember they worked well on the same floor of the house to reach a blind spot in the kitchen, but were less effective across different floors/circuits.
