drawing pad/pen for pc (Hopton-on-Sea NR31)

I am looking to get back into art after some years away and i think id like to start fresh and learn to draw/paint digitally. I have a nice modern pc so im assuming almost anything will be compatible. If anyone has something that matches collecting dust somewhere id be truly grateful to take it off your hands.
