Never hooked up. It sat unused in the top freezer compartment of a 2005 Maytag Model MTF2191ARQ refrigerator, which itself became irreparable due to the unavailability of one stinkin' replacement part.
This was originally Part # 61005508; I believe the replacement Part # for this unit is D7824706Q.
Includes plastic ice bin, lever arm, sensor arm, wiring harness, and mounting screws; all shown in the pictures. Everything but the water inlet grommet.
It should work, but I have no way of knowing.
