Vintage Single bed frame (WR12 Childswickham)

This is a wood and metal bed frame, from what I can find there were produced around the 40s/50s
The head and footboard are slatted dark wood and the horizontal part is a cast iron frame with a metal mesh (instead of slats) due to the way this is constructed the bed base is 186x94x5cm and cannot be made smaller, the head and footboard slot on with cast iron ‘jigsaw pieces’
This will need a van/ pickup to collect due to the size.
Lovely comfortable bed that I’m sorry to see going but we have no space for it anymore.
