Work with Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, iOS operating systems. However those keyboards are optimized to work with MacOS and iOS. All keys work, do not have any issues.
AAA battery is for size comparison only, the keyboard has building rechargeable battery.
Use micro USB charge port, can be charged in any 5V USB ports (charge cables are not included).
