Ryobi table saw and 2 hand drills (Camden parc)

As of 3:40pm 10/8 - all three are here.

All these items I won in an auction, but are not the specific item I was after - the tools were all bundled together.

The table saw works. It is noisy as hell and seems to "rock & roll". My thought is perhaps the blade is off balance. I'd take off the blade and turn it on. If it's now quiet, buy a new blade. If still loud I'd assume a mounting screw/bracket is awry somewhere. Based on the stand, it seems like it saw some abuse, so I wouldn't be shocked over a missing/bent bracket or something. I absolultely did NOT test that jenky looking plug someone added. I like the idea of it, but would scope it out quite carefully before I plugged ANYTHING into it.

Corded hand drill. There is blue tape with "Good" printed on it. I plugged it in and it did not blow a circuit break like another tool did. It also ran, but was very loud and "gravelly" for lack of a better word.

Cordless drill. I plugged the base unit in and nothing happened. I put the batter on the charger and still nothing happened. Possibly the charger is bad and everything else is fine. I have no Ryobi cordless tools, so I can't test the battery or the drill.

Based on my past experiences with people promissing to pickup and never showing up, all three items are at the front of the house to the left of the door. I'll keep an eye out there and when something vanishes, I'll update this post.
