BRAND NEW! My husband just purchased this a few days ago for £40 and straight away realised he ordered the wrong one. The company would not take it back, so we are stuck with it. It has never been slept on, but the packaging did not withstand us opening it and it tore. I refuse to throw out an expensive and high faulty pillow.
