Old smartphone for local teen (Jennings Lodge)

Hi neighbors, I am looking for a deactivated, old smartphone or small tablet for a local 16-year-old. It doesn't need a cellular plan; it just needs to be able to connect to Wi-Fi so they can safely stay on top of school assignments and coordinate group projects.A cracked screen or an older model is completely fine as long as it turns on and connects to Wi-Fi!We are looking for a neighbor who is willing to do a contactless mailbox drop-off.
