Needs repairing.

We put some card in there by mistake and the fuse roller needs replacing it prints ok but does crease paper because of a line in the fuse roller. I think the part is about £25 and it’s a one hour job to fix it and there are instructional videos on YouTube to do that I simply haven’t got round to doing it for a long time and we brought another printer in the meantime.
