OLD Apple Desktop C Not Powering On (Streatham SW16)

This is a fairly old Apple desktop. It was working well when we stopped using it last year, but now it will not turn on when we try. We haven’t investigated the fault, so we don’t know if it’s a power‐supply or internal issue.
