An inspection mirror on a telescopic handle. I would like to inspect the gutters from the bedroom windows as they tend to collect leaves if the wind is strong enough. Around 15cm (6 inch) diameter mirrror and approximately 1m (3ft) handle when extended should do it. Or a desk mirror with an angled head that I could modify by attaching it to a pole may be enough.
