Grumpy Gardener bird feeder (Bearwood BH11)

Bought this from qvc . It has 3 interchangeable feeders and can be seen on the Grumpy Gardener website how the birds get to the food .It hasn’t worked out for my garden birds . I think it needs to go on a branch in a tree rather than a bird feeder pole . If interested please say when you can collect .
