It’s in decent condition (only two years old) could do with a wet vac in the areas just in front of the sofas and the entrance to the doors to bring the pile back to life and it will be as good as new.
I’ve measured as if a true rectangle - It is 128 inches x 90 inches (however where we have a door on a fifth wall on an angle there is added depth of 43 inches.
It needs to go by Friday afternoon or I’ll sadly have to take it to the tip,
